Basic Endoscopy Skills Training (BEST) Workshop on Upper GI Endoscopy
The Philippine Society of Digestive Endoscopy (PSDE), in partnership with the Academy of Endoscopy, will hold the Basic Endoscopy Skills Training (BEST) Workshop on Upper GI Endoscopy on September 21–22, 2025, at St. Luke’s Medical Center – Global City.
Launched in 2019, the BEST Workshop has become the country’s largest annual digestive endoscopy training. This two-day program is designed for fellows-in-training and focuses on safe, effective endoscopy techniques through hands-on learning, guided by expert local and international faculty.
It aims to strengthen both the knowledge and skills needed for quality gastroscopy practice.

This August 30, join us for the pilot launch of PSDE’s ULTRA (mULTi-center TRAnsmission)-Live — real-time endoscopy case transmissions between NKTI and Batangas Medical Center during the Endoscopy Caravan!
📍 What is ULTRA-Live?
A platform for simultaneous live transmission of endoscopy cases between PSDE-recognized units in the EndURe program network.
ULTRA-Live strengthens our national referral network, encourages unit-to-unit collaboration, and elevates hands-on education and research through real-time case sharing and interactive discussions — all fully supported with technical setup and live-streaming capabilities.
